Administrative Support 6am-2pm Tuesday – Saturday Set Schedule

About the Job


We need an intelligent, hard-working, organized individual to join our support team as a Broadcast Support Representative and help our very active Broadcasting department. Candidates must be able to work flexible hours. Training will be 2pm-10pm weekdays for the first ~2 months, then the schedule will pivot to 6am-2pm.

General Duties and Responsibilities:


Work with our clients via phone calls, emails and chat to help take care of their needs. You may be helping with account setup, paperwork, technical assistance and miscellaneous questions.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:


  • 6+ months of customer service-based experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong typing skills

  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish (Plus)

  • MUST have a flexible schedule

  • Able to handle high maintenance clients with pose

  • Applicants must be comfortable with working around adult content

Compensation will include hourly pay and incentive bonus plan (after one year of employment). Full benefits package including health/dental/vision and an attractive 401k plan.
