Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Supervisor to join and lead our administrative team in running our operations. As both a member and leader of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating the management of high-level engagements, execution of executive agendas, and an ever-evolving workflow to ensure that all individuals, projects, and programs are running efficiently and effectively. You will assist in the creation and nurturing of great relationships with your team whom you supervise, the executives you support, and the organizations and clientele we serve. We are not just looking for a manager, we are searching for a player/coach – someone who leads by example and jumps in wherever needed to make sure their team and organization are on track for success. You enjoy identifying and managing problems, providing feedback to supervises for maximum development, thinking quickly and creatively, and encouraging others to think critically and expand their own leadership potential.

What You'll Do:

· Oversee the workflow of the Administrative team, including regular office management, executive support, program and project development, and event planning

· Supervise team of 6+, meeting regularly with supervises and providing feedback on work and professional development

· Manage the hours and projects of team and volunteers

· Lead multiple meetings per week on program/department status

· Interface with various departments to ensure the programs and initiatives are completed within time and budget requirements

· Take project management responsibility on overall foundation projects

· Relay initiatives and report on project status to senior staff from administrative staff, and vice versa

· Edit, format, proof, and create print and online materials

· Provide backup as needed in daily tasks to executive assistants, office manager, event coordinator, and others

· Other duties as necessary

What's required:

· Minimum 2 years' related experience in a high performing environment

· A bachelor's degree

· Experience managing/supervising

· Project management experience

· Dedicated, dependable, and flexible to take on new challenges

· Self-starting achiever who takes initiative to identify gaps and propose projects and directions for work

· Able to think strategically and problem solve

· Passion for life and learning!

· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
