Job Qualifications:

Administrative Project Assistant - Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Under the direction of the Project Manager and Department Administrator, the Administrative Project Assistant will participate in and lead projects of strategic and operational importance in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Position Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate several projects simultaneously, while working with several internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for creating and updating multiple reports related to patient satisfaction, utilization, productivity, and efficiency
Perform administrative functions such as taking meeting minutes, organizing meeting materials and handouts, and maintaining and monitoring schedules of deliverables
Gain an understanding of clinical operations, project management, and multi-disciplinary collaboration
Assist with other projects and initiatives as needed

Position Qualifications Include:
Enrollment in Rush University's Health Systems Management Master's Project and an incoming 2nd year student
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and other data management packages
Outstanding project management skills
Must be able to work with teams and independently
Have excellent analytic and interpersonal skills
Must have the ability to clearly and concisely synthesize information and communicate the insights to key stakeholders
