POSITION OVERVIEW

Consumer Direct Care Network is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to work in an office located Albuquerque. The Administrative Coordinator will be providing administrative assistance with our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) portion of our Personal Care Services (PCS) program as well as back office administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Reconcile and track the location and status of all MCO issued tablets statewide
  • Monitor service interruptions and work with the third-party hardware distributor and AuthentiCare Support to resolve tech issues in a timely manner
  • Tracking the stipends for smartphones and sending report once a month to billing
  • Assisting with running the monthly Medicaid Eligibility
  • Assist both walk-ins and phone calls from members and/or attendants to understand, resolve, and escalate as needed phone and application clock in and out issues
  • Researching and resolving issues with EVV time in internal applications
  • Answer inbound calls and route to appropriate staff
  • Assisting in back office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning to electronic files, covering front desk breaks
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Word, Excel proficient
  • Multi-tasking
  • Bilingual a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background screening
