Job Summary:

Team oriented Administrative Assistant/Office Coordinator who will work independently to accomplish a wide range of project coordination, administrative and executive support initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Administration- Assist CEO and CFO with travel planning, calendar coordination, expense reimbursements, etc. Prepare correspondence, documents and presentations as requested. Responsible for planning meetings and taking detailed notes at management meetings. Corporate Fleet Administration, Out of Office Calendar management.
  • Reception- Answer and transfer phone calls. Greet and sign in visitors. Receive and distribute incoming mail.
  • Sales Department support- Help set up and arranges various aspects of Sales Department meetings; order/set up food; make hotel reservations and travel arrangements; make dinner reservations.
  • Clerical- Scan and/or file departmental documents as needed.
  • Company Events- Assist with coordination on all aspects of all company events
  • Supplies- Order supplies as needed

Education and/or Experience:

  • Associates Degree or experience equivalent
  • Relevant clerical experience; experience providing administrative support to senior leadership preferred

Language Skills:

  • Must have exceptional communication, both verbal and written
  • Ability to read, and interpret general department materials. Ability to write business correspondence. Effectively present information and respond to questions from employees, and management

Mathematical and Reasoning Ability:

  • Ability to perform basic mathematics.
  • Must possess a strong customer and employee-centric attitude, high energy level and a strong sense of urgency

Computer Skills:

  • Previous experience with variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, data base and presentation software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Working environment:

  • Works in a temperature controlled office.

Physical Demands:

  • Will be sitting for majority of the work day. Will need to be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as necessary.

Expected Hours of Work:

  • Monday through Friday. 8:00AM-5PM.

Travel:

  • No expected travel required. May be required to travel locally to attend training, etc.

Safety Equipment:

  • Wear approved safety shoes for working in manufacturing environment as well as approved standard eye protection glasses.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
