Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper

Creative Dining Services is looking for an Administrative Assistant with Bookkeeping Experience. The Administrative Assistant works within the Dining Services Department providing clerical and administrative support person to the department, while greeting office visitors in a friendly and helpful manner. Works professionally and cooperatively as a valued member of the dining team, assisting with any administrative aspect of the dining services program.

Core Responsibilities

• Greets all who enter the administrative offices in a friendly and professional manner
• Verifies money received from all locations & prepares daily deposits
• In support of the dining services management team, performs general administrative tasks as assigned (typing, filing, copying, faxing, emailing, record keeping, errands, etc.)

The successful candidate will have:

• High School Degree or equivalent, higher education helpful.
• Superior attention to detail.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite
• 10-key adding machine and other office equipment
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
• Experience performing administrative responsibilities preferred
