Job Responsibilities:
  • Preparation for daily meetings
  • Answering and directing phone calls
  • Digital customer service
  • Serve in the scribe role in all meetings and disseminate the notes to the appropriate team members
  • Act as liaison between teams, units, and external stakeholders
  • Lead the writing and editing of letters, reports, memos, and emails
  • Greeting and directing visitors at the front desk
  • Processing and directing mail and incoming packages
  • Strategize on ways to improve our administrative processes
  • Writing and issuing emails to teams and departments on behalf of senior staff
  • Researching and booking travel arrangements for team members
  • Scheduling appointments for the team
  • Helping to onboard new employees

  • Required Skills:
  • Strong written and verbal skills are a requirement
  • G-Suite and Trello knowledge
  • Marketing software knowledge a plus
  • Strong focus on multi-project team
  • Detail oriented
