Job Description

  • Provide general administrative support to the Division Director and other key administrative and technical personnel.
  • Process travel requests and vouchers for reimbursement using the Defense Travel System (DTS) as well as generating Invitational and In-Kind Travel Requests.
  • Maintain the division's filing processes, including the filing systems within the subordinate departments.
  • Applies knowledge of personal computers, to include executing commands with general software programs and other office automation applications to accomplish daily duties and tasks.
  • Regularly update personnel accountability reports.
  • Attend annual safety-related briefings to be updated on agency policies and local regulations as required by the Safety Officer.
  • Input all purchase requests and credit card orders into the agency's financial management system.
  • Conduct market research on consumable and equipment purchase requests.
  • Formatting various memorandums in accordance to official Army regulations and other local policies.
  • Manage tracking, archiving, filing, and retrieval logs for all purchase requests.
  • Provide parcel support in the area of picking up and sorting division mail.
  • Disseminate e-mail messages notifying the division personnel notifying of task deadlines and fulfilling agency requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance to CRM Headquarters as needed and participate on proposal writing projects when requested.
  • Provide all job-related progress reports/technical reports as requested.
  • Maintains a safe workplace ensuring that he/she is aware of and observes appropriate safety and occupational health rules and regulations. Employee is required to attend safety training relative to his/her position and report any infractions of safety procedures to the facility Safety Officer.
  • Performs light duties and other related duties as required and assigned.
