Real Estate Office Operations and Customer Experience

Keller Williams Midtown Direct, in Maplewood, a top real estate office, is looking for an operations team member. If you are a creative, self-motivated, team player that wants to help others grow then we want to speak with you!

You must possess a strong understanding of technology, have the ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects, and must work well in a fast-paced environment. Superb attention to detail and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office & Excel.

This is a full-time position with growth potential.

Real Estate License Preferred but not needed.

Compensation:

$40,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
  • Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
  • Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel
  • Help build online marketing, brochures, email campaigns, etc. that highlight our services
  • Create and implement data entry protocols to streamline processes and increase productivity
  • Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  • Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
Qualifications:
  • Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  • High school diploma or GED required
