Job Description
  • Supporting the agency with standard admin office tasks, as well as supporting the top execs with what would be considered executive assistant tasks.
  • Supporting the nonprofit/foundation administration for our client
    • Attend all Internal Committee meetings, track attendance and take meeting notes
    • Attend all Executive Committee meetings, track attendance and take meeting notes
    • Attend all implementation committee meetings, track attendance and take meeting notes
    • Format and distribute meeting notes
    • Attend community meetings, take notes and follow-up as needed
    • Coordinate electronic and paper files and document management
    • Support account work as needed
