Job Description
We are seeking a passionate,service-oriented, positive and hard-working individual with a passion for kids sports and an excitement for our brand. We are looking for an organized,efficient, forward-thinking problem-solver with exceptional interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 4 PM to 8:30 PM
Saturday 9 AM - 1 PM
Responsibilities
- Welcome everyone who walks through the door and answer phone
- Sign people in/out of class, answer member account questions
- Provide membership information and options to prospective members
- Member/client account transactions and updates
- Update and monitor social media accounts
- Create social media content, including researching fitness topics
- Curate real-time content and responses for social media clients
- Assist in conducting outreach and garnering partnership opportunities
- Assist in email newsletters, marketing and campaigns
- Follow front desk and studio cleaning and reset check list
- General administrative assistance and support
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
