Position: Administrative Assistant/ Data Entry Clerk

Salary: $17- $20 Depending On Experience

The administrative assistant/data entry clerk reports to the program manager and is primarily responsible for providing administrative support and performing data entry and record-keeping tasks to assist the program’s integrated treatment team. They will input and maintain data in CalOMS, SanWITS, and other required databases or systems. Review documentation and ensure all client information and encounters are tracked and entered in a complete, accurate, and timely manner. Assist with end-of-month processes for client tracking, billing, and quality assurance activities, ensuring client confidentiality. Answer phones, provide reception area coverage, and assist the program manager and program staff as needed.

Qualifications, Skills, Knowledge and Experience: Must comply with the State Public Health Officer Order mandating all health care workers be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Must have at least two years of experience providing administrative/clerical support. Past experience should demonstrate strong paperwork and computer skills in order to maintain up-to-date record keeping, documentation, and client filing systems. Must be accurate, detail-oriented, team-oriented, and have success in searching for and correcting errors in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; knowledgeable (or at least aware of) federal, state, and county confidentiality requirements. Must have a valid California driver’s license or identification. Must be able to pass a drug test, background clearance, and provide a negative TB test. All staff must be free of probation or parole for at least one year. Must comply with all agency and contract requirements related to trainings, public health, certifications, reporting, etc.
