Job Description

Location: Flexible, Miami or Fort Lauderdale, FL

You have the unique opportunity to join our RSM team in an administrative support role that will allow you to utilize your strong communication, analytical and project management skills. We are seeking an energetic, tech savvy individual to work collaboratively with and provide administrative support to several Consulting leaders and team members. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a natural curiosity to learn, and is innovative and eager to proactively support client teams and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support growth initiatives as a member of the FL market growth coordinator/local data manager team utilizing our client relationship management platform, eCRM, to enter and update growth activities
  • Will include organizing and participating in growth team meetings with our professional staff members
  • Proactively support several consulting leaders and team members, working collaboratively on various projects and initiatives, as well as with some administrative support such as calendar management, expense management and at times complex travel management.
  • Utilize creativity and technical skills to prepare presentations, communications, and other client or team requested deliverables.
  • May assist with monitoring project schedules and tracking progress of deliverables and follow-up items. Assists with driving closure of key action items.
  • May coordinate consulting and leadership meetings, which may include site selection, travel arrangements, preparing and distributing meeting materials, preparing minutes, and follow up actions. May attend meetings as required by project and/or assignment.
  • Serve as part of the front desk rotation and mail rotation
  • Support the booking, coordination and management of office meetings and events
  • Provide support of general office administrative needs as requested
  • Other administrative responsibilities and special projects, as assigned

  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
