DESCRIPTION

ACMC Logistics DSP is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner looking for enthusiastic, team players to deliver Amazon packages. Delivery Associates strive to get every Amazon order to the customer’s door on-time. We offer full and part-time opportunities

No CDL Required! No experience needed!

If hired, DOT training is provided at no cost to you!

The following minimum requirements may be revised at any time and additional duties not listed here may be assigned as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

? Drivers drive a DOT Regulated, non-Commercial Driver’s License delivery truck from Amazon station in Staten Island to Manhattan

? Drivers must be able to remain compliant to operate a DOT Regulated vehicle, including obtaining a Medical Examiner’s Certificate.

? Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered

? Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:

You must be able to easily get in and out of the Truck

Lift packages up to 50 lbs.

Able to get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

? You must follow strict safety standards on and off the road

? You can plan on working about 4-5 days a week

? You can plan on a typical working day is 10 hours

? You’ll secure packages to ensure no damage is caused to customer shipments.

? You’ll inspect vehicle equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. ? You'll interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner ? Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers ? You'll use handheld technology to manage the delivery process

? Manage 6 to 8 Walkers (Personal Delivering On Foot)

Basic Requirements:

? Eligible to work in the U.S ? Must be at least 21+ years old

Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment

? Must be able to operate and navigate a 16’-20’ Box Truck, GVWR 10,000 lbs. or less ? Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation ? Must consent to a drug screening & Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)

? Must have good communication skills and the ability to work well with customers ? Ability to read delivery documents, customer order information, directions, etc. in English ? Ability to work a flexible shift (including early mornings, late evenings, and/or weekends
