Accounts Payable Specialist, Bookkeeper, and Office Manager

PMG Vegetation Control provides noxious weed control on both public and private lands. We utilize industry-leading technology and systems to provide services to governments, mining, oil and gas, and renewable energy companies across the intermountain west.

Description:

Our Accounts Payable Specialist/Bookkeeper will monitor, track, and present for payment the invoices and bills for our company. This position will also assist in our inventory processing and general office operations.

Detailed Job activities include:

  • Monitor invoices as they are presented to the company.
  • Track and enter invoices into Quickbooks Desktop and Billpay software as needed for payments.
  • Enter Inventory purchases into software and syncing with Quickbooks to ensure accurate inventory levels in our software systems.
  • Review and present a list of payments needed to the Company Controller/Management team for approval and payment.
  • Reconcile Vendor accounts monthly
  • Enter company credit card transactions into Quickbooks and reconcile credit card statements.
  • Enter budget and expense budget numbers into corporate credit card expense tracking software to ensure correct tracking.
  • Track and review payroll every two weeks to ensure accurate payment of employees.
  • Track and input transactions and expenses between multiple subsidiary companies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in bookkeeping and AP/AR required
  • Experience working with Quickbooks and other financial software preferred
  • Previous experience with Divvy and/or Fishbowl software is beneficial
  • Understanding of expense accounts, customer and job tracking, and class tracking in Quickbooks

This job will be located in our Richmond Utah office and can have flexible hours to meet everyone's needs.
