Job Description

We are now looking for a Full time Accounting officer who is responsible, detail oriented, fast-paced, self-motivated, a team player while able to do multi-tasking and work-independently.

Duties
- Billing
- Invoices
- Monthly reconciliation
- Data Entry
- AP/AR

Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree with minimum 1-2 years with accounting education and experience is a plus
- Proficient in Excel, Email and Quickbooks is a plus
- Quick learner
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English (bilingual is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
