Job Description

Pexip simplifies complex video conferencing to empower teams to meet, regardless of location or technology. Pexip is poised for accelerated growth and our sales and technical teams are essential to our growth. We are looking for a passionate, high-performing Account Manager to work in our SMB Team.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Lead generation and pipeline creation in the form of web lead follow up, forging channel relationships, trade shows, and cold calling
  • Leading customer sales presentations as well as supporting channel community on demonstrations
  • Creating and maintaining partner relationships
  • Working with our reseller partners to enhance their product knowledge and their sales effort
  • Provide customer quotes (supporting reseller partners)
  • Collaborate with Pexip Sales and Partners on ways to grow our existing customer base

Qualifications & Personal Attributes:


As a sales representative you are confident and thoughtful. You have enthusiasm for building relationships. Organization is your second nature. You have experience with the full sales cycle. This starts at pipeline development, and continues through closing the deal. Acting as Pexip's first impression for cold and warm leads in the Americas, you are focused on an impactful conversation driving the Pexip solution.


The successful candidate should:


  • Ideally have a 4-year college degree
  • Be an effective communicator
  • Have 2-3 years work experience in either Inside Sales or Customer Success
  • Experience working through a channel partner community
  • Proficient with collaboration tools (including video & web conferencing applications)
  • Customer-oriented with strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to work independently and within a small team
  • Strong desire to learn and share knowledge & skills
