"Legacy Studios" specializes in high volume K-12 School & Sports Photography. We offer custom comprehensive service and photography products to meet the needs of every school type and grade level. In 2016 Legacy Studios was the fastest growing K-12 school photography company in the country. “Laugh Out Loud Photography” specializes exclusively in children’s photography providing a unique in-center event like no other. We provide theme-based event photography to make the children laugh out loud. We are in need of hiring enthusiastic, detail oriented, devoted and reliable employees to work for our Teddy Bear Portraits division located in our corporate office.

Base Pay: Up to $13.00 per hour

Your duties will include:

  • Being the go-to person for our customer accounts
  • Is the first point of contact for our outside sales staff and our customer accounts
  • Calls customers to confirm photography appointments
  • Updates company’s CRM database with account changes, appointments, and all communication to customers
  • Follows up with customers to secure photography dates, sends out email marketing materials, responds to questions and solves or refers problems
  • Stays in touch with customers via email or through follow-up calls
  • Builds long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with existing customers
  • Always provides the highest level of customer service

The skills and experience required for this position include:

  • The ability to build solid relationships with customers
  • Strong and engaging phone voice with clear presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to make 'outbound" calls as easily as you take "inbound" calls
  • Ability and desire to learn new computer programs and systems
  • Able to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time
  • Experience working in an office as a full-time Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Sales Support role
