Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a growth-oriented, Account Executive with a strong track record of closing sales with new clients. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, this person will primarily focus on building business in the employee mental health space across a defined market in the United States. This person may also support other sales opportunities with different service offerings, working with leadership and current accounts.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer and prospect questions.
  • Develop leads and referrals through engagement with both customers and prospects.
  • Use excellent oral and written communication, as well as best practices, when interacting with customers and prospects.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas.
  • Create and complete numerous quotations weekly.
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales Coordinator, as well as the Vice President of Sales, on prospect campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Drive success across a portfolio of multiple accounts and prospects, working closely with the Client Success Manager and Vice President of Sales.
  • Create a sales/marketing plan to meet your sales goals.
  • Drive new business growth through greater advocacy by creating a trusted advisor relationship.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in commission sales.
  • Healthcare sales experience required.
  • Demonstrated excellence in performance related to sales quotas.
  • Provide KPI performance results.
  • Experience with account management.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salary:
Competitive and commensurate with experience.
