Access Control Technician (Automated Gate Installation And Maintenance)

Do you have access control field service / installation technician experience? Do you enjoy working with your hands and tackling new challenges? If so, we would love to have you become a respected member of our team! We are looking for technicians who have some background in this field, as well as, a strong desire to learn more. As a valuable installation and service technician on our team, you will be provided with extensive “in the field” training in order to develop, strengthen, and apply field-specific knowledge. We are looking for technicians who strive to improve customer satisfaction, maximize work efficiency, and increase profitability. All of our technicians are provided with a company vehicle.

MyGatePro.com focuses on the installation, maintenance, and repair of access control systems across South Florida. We service Broward County, Dade County, and Palm Beach County. This is a multi-faceted job, where no two jobs are exactly alike, so we are looking for technicians who persevere through problem-solving. The access control systems we work on include:

Automated Vehicle and Pedestrian Gates
Commercial Garage doors
Access control/FOB entry systems
Telephone entry systems
Audio and Video Surveillance (CCTV)
We are looking to hire an experienced or entry level technician that has the following basic knowledge:

Electrical
Construction
Steel fabrication
Basic Networking
Welding / Wiring / Conduit
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

During this time, we are holding virtual company meetings every morning, as opposed to having technicians report to the office. Therefore, technicians are also currently dispatching from their home location.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Access Control: 1 year (Preferred)

• Driver's License (Preferred)
