About the position:

Provide consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism. Our Specialist has excellent interpersonal, verbal skills and attention to detail and is able to multi-task in a fast-paced team environment.

Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: completing customer contracts and warranties, pulling products from inventory, accepting customer payments and filing the completed orders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum - High school diploma or GED. Preferred – Associates Degree.

• Minimum 1 year of working experience (preferred Customer service or sales)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and to pick up an additional shift, if necessary
• Willingness to work across two locations within close proximity to one another (based on business needs).

SALARY: $ 22 per hour

SCHEDULE: FULL TIME - (32-40 hours per week)
