Job Description

Position Description:
In this position, the Treasury Operations Analyst II will support the UKG Payroll Services (UKG PS) business and will report directly to the Treasury Operations Manager. The Treasury Operations Analyst is responsible for handling the day-to-day treasury services and activities for UKG Payroll Services. The position is responsible for cash management, cash processing, reconciliation of customer accounts, and operational cash movements for UKG PS.

  • Import daily banking files generated from payroll services modules to our reconciliation software

  • Complete daily reconciliation of all imported files to our reconciliation software to file totals that were transmitted to the banks to ensure all transactions posted successfully in our reconciliation program

  • Manage the NSF (non-sufficient funds) ACH returns to ensure successful collection of client funds

  • Process stop payment requests for our new payroll services check disbursement offering

  • Manage the stale dated tax check process to research and resolve outstanding payment issues

  • Manage bank system administration for all online bank portal users across six(+) bank platforms

  • Demonstrate integrity, ethics, accountability, responsibility, initiative and teamwork at all times

  • Perform all assigned job duties in accordance with Company policies, procedures and standard practices.

  • Perform all other Treasury related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics or related field required

  • 2-4 years of treasury, banking or reconciliation experience in a similar business

  • Experience within a payroll/benefits processing organization or other payments services industry that handles client funds preferred

  • Experience with payroll tax processing and communication with tax agencies preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and drives to dig in to complex research and analysis

  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency to the intermediate level using Microsoft Excel
