Qualifications Required: * Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of technology consulting or other relevant industry experience * Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines * Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools, as well as Internet research tools * Gathering, developing and analyzing business requirements for solution design on Salesforce.com * Utilizing object oriented programming and design concepts to advise clients on Salesforce.com solutions * Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader * Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex, Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages * Utilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment * Creating process and business flow diagrams use cases, story boards, training documents and job aids Preferred: * Prior professional services or federal consulting experience * Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology * Salesforce Certifications * Technical understanding of Lightning * Understanding Force.com, Communities, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud * Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design How you'll grow At Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
