Job Description
Google Cloud's Partner Strategy and Operations organization ensures cross-functional alignment of strategy, goals and execution, provides metrics-driven business critical insights, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. This team stays focused on aligning the highest-level Google Cloud priorities with strong day-to-day operational excellence. System Integrators (SIs) are a critical part of our client’s cloud journey, serving customers of all sizes with a broad range of offerings . This role will be part of a team that defines the strategy for this key partner type for Google Cloud and works with business leaders and engineering on implementation, operationalization, and tracking.Google Cloud accelerates organizations’ ability to digitally transform their business with the best infrastructure, platform, industry solutions and expertise. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.7 years of experience in sales operations, management consulting, business operations, or equivalent strategy and operations experience.Experience leading operational initiatives combined with problem solving, project management, and analytical experience.Preferred qualifications:MBA or other advanced degree.Experience with IaaS/PaaS/SaaS markets, B2B software ecosystem and lifecycle, and cloud-based technologies.Experience presenting Go-to-Market strategies, results, and analysis.Understanding of partner strategies serving commercial cloud customers.Ability to form solid working relationships across technical and business functions in multiple companies. Define and support the system integrators strategy in close alignment with product and ecosystem team leaders, collaborate with the worldwide SI teams, and enable the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) field organization.Lead the implementation and operations for measurable outcomes, insights, and business growth.Support business operations activities such as business planning, creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews, and executive briefings on the status of the organization’s performance.Work on special projects/initiatives to address key business strategy questions that arise to help improve overall business performance while partnering with cross-functional teams.Be an excellent communicator, an agile, and creative problem solver.
