Job Description

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the successful onboarding and the successful delivery of services to customers. The Project Manager is responsible for setting customer expectations, scope management, risk analysis, maintaining the project plan, project accounting, and the ultimate success of the engagement. You will also play a critical role in helping our company grow by aiding the creation or maintenance of processes that better support your central focus. A natural curiosity, intelligence, grit, and focus on learning and improving day over day is required.

Responsibilities
  • Create and manage the project plan, scope, cost, and schedule using PMO defined methodologies and processes, which includes, but not limited to coordinating activities for the project, requesting resources to project tasks, and ensuring contract compliance
  • Guide customers through weekly conversations on product features and best practices
  • Walk customers through use case testing to validate configuration meets their needs
  • Identify any risk associated with the project to create a mitigation plan to be communicated with the client
  • Track and monitor project activities to ensure project team performance is accurate and on time against plan
  • Negotiate and communicate any changes that will occur involving the project scope, schedule, and budget to the client
  • Weekly updates to customers on the progress made by ServiceTrade, progress made by their teams and next steps for both.
  • In the event a customer is unable to follow along with the process, work with success, sales and the account manager teams to find solutions to get them back on track.
  • Coordinate with other teams to convert data and facilitate account setup for onboarding customers
  • Provide feedback for the improvement of customer-facing and internal project resources
  • Collaborate with other departments to find solutions to aid the customer.
  • On-site travel may be required for some client projects.
Requirements and Preferred Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of Project Management experience implementing small to mid-size projects in a technical environment to include specifications, implementation, reporting, cost, and schedule management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Project Management at a SaaS company a plus.
  • Proficiency using project management tools such as Asana, Wrike, SmartSheets, MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project or similar software.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients on needs assessments and project teams to complete projects in an effective and efficient manner.
  • General knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Actively pursuing a CAPM or PMP certification is a plus
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize activity and work in an innovative team environment that welcomes change
  • Proficiency with Google Apps, service related applications, Zoom preferred
