Job Description

Hartgrove Behavioral Health System is a 160-bed leading psychiatric hospital dedicated to providing quality behavioral health services for its diverse population of children, adolescents and adults. Job Requirements

Licensure: LPC or LSW is required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) within the state of IL strongly preferred; Additional credentials (CADC, ATR, CEAP, etc.) strongly preferred.

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited MSW or M.A/ M.S. program.

Experience: 3 years clinical experience within an inpatient/outpatient psychiatric mental health setting.

Must possess knowledge of general and psychiatric principles, working concepts and theory, age specific growth and development, limit setting, as well as crisis and behavioral management Bilingual capabilities a plus!

The Hospital is seeking Fee-for-Service Therapists to provide individual, family, and group therapy services in our largest and newest outpatient office, Oak Park Counseling Center. The primary responsibilities are as follows: Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to children, adolescents and adults in an outpatient setting Develop and maintain a clinical caseload while working alongside the clinic for scheduling, availability, etc. ÿ Maintain and submit appropriate documentation as well as billing submission under the standards of the clinic To assure compliance with applicable laws pertaining to psychiatric treatments To provide a safe, secure, therapeutic and professional environment at all times. The position requires at least two evenings per week (5 to 8 pm) and/or Friday hours, with the flexibility to add additional days/hours as needed. Therapists are able to build and maintain a caseload of clients tailored to specific clinical interests (e.g., children, families, adults with a range of clinical conditions) or practice as a generalist. The Hospital provides all overhead expenses that are typically associated with working a group/private practice, including office space, supplies, billing and reimbursement services, and assistance with insurance credentialing.
