The Google Applications Sales Executive (GCSE) will be responsible for bringing in new business through various outbound initiatives, including strategic relationships with potential customers, Google Reps and Partners. The primary role of the Google Cloud Sales Executive is to increase our Google Cloud revenues by achieving or exceeding the organization's targets as outlined in the annual budget. This role is responsible for driving new business.REMOTE POSITION. Work from Home.Key Responsibilities● Build a robust pipeline of engaged, qualified prospects that understand our value by developing a keen sense of their pain points and current state workflow. This should be accomplished with curiosity for how businesses are leveraging their communication and collaboration platforms.● Develop and demonstrate expert knowledge and understanding of all Google Cloud features, products and complementary tools.● Collaborate with our highly skilled certificated sales engineers to drive demos, deep discovery and solution validation● Embrace new non-traditional technology products, solutions and services that the company may opt to resell as we continue to evolve into valuable trusted advisors and solution specialists.● Scope custom work such as migrations, integrations, custom development● Self source opportunities through various outbound tactics. Being proactive is a requirement for this position.● Foster relationships with Google Reps, channel partners and potential customers in order to increase lead flow.● Regularly and customarily engage in person with customers.● Drives sales value through solution selling and customer service vs competitive pricing and or discounting.● Effectively communicates with management to provide accurate revenue forecasts and market intelligence that may impact revenue (+/-) This includes engagement with other departments to maximize knowledge of the company's value proposition.● Maintains the highest levels of personal and professional behavior in the workplace and in the market.Position Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:● Knowledge of competitive Business suite landscape (On prem vs Cloud, MSFT, Saas, Digital Transformation); use for new business development and sales analysis● Knowledge of Google Cloud● Ability to prospect new business via cold calling and other prospecting techniques including social media where applicable● Highly motivated, self-starting individual with initiative and drive to succeed. A Proactive rather than a reactive approach to sales is a must.● Team player who works well with others● Hunter mentality and have a desire to thrive within a competitive market● Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and deliver effective campaigns● Strong networking and community involvement skills● Have worked with SMB and MM CompaniesEducation & Experience:● Equivalent work experience in related business● Previous work history with a Google Reseller or Google , selling Google Cloud Products.● Minimum of 3 years sales experience, preferably in outside sales
