Medical, Dental, Vision and Life InsuranceVacation, Holidays, 401K with Company Match and much more! RESPONSIBILITES:*Due to multiple positions being open at different levels, the responsibilities listed will vary depending on candidate experience. Execute Category Management process for materials and/or services assigned including development and execution of category strategies, management of supplier relationships, and partnering with Business Units to achieve department objectives.Within assigned categories, identify suppliers, perform sourcing process including: preparation and execution of RFx, reference checks, financial analysis, market analysis, spot buys, reporting trend analysis and documentation.Responsible for identifying trends within the assigned category: conducts market and participates in the Company Demand Planning process.Evaluate and analyzes incumbent/market and potential suppliers by applying established evaluation and selection criteria; coordinates legal, risk, insurance, safety, etc. review of the contracts with internal and external stakeholders.Responsible for contract renewals, agreements, amendments, addendums and ensures valid contracts are in place in the assigned categories.Responsible for identifying trends within the assigned category:  conducts market and participates in the Company Demand Planning process.Contribute directly to departmental cost savings targets in one or more categories through opportunity identification, negotiation, etc.  REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields required.Due to various levels of positions being open, we encourage candidates with 0-1, 2-5 and 5+ years of experience and expertise in Supply Chain sourcing for contract services and goods to applyExperience or demonstrated interest in energy, industrial, construction, or operations categories is preferred.Supply Chain or Project Management related certifications (e.g., CPSM, Six Sigma, PMP) are considered an asset.Working knowledge of contract terminology, structure and language strongly preferred.Background knowledge in commercial processes and negotiationsExposure to digital procurement tools such as PowerAdvocate, SAP/Ariba, PowerBI, Ivalua, etc. is a plus.Potential of travel up to 30% at times is requiredOur current requirement is for successful candidates to report to the office 1-2/days per week with the remainder remote work from home.  View Full Job Description Upload ResumeSelect a resume and submit, OR select submit to move forward without uploading a resume Choose from Drive Choose from OneDrive Choose from Dropbox Browse For Resume Or Copy & Paste Your Resume Text Below:Choose from OneDrive
