Store Director, Assistant Store Director, Grocery Manager, Guest Relations
Manager, Cashiers
Pyramid Foods Team Objective:
Pyramid Foods believes in supporting our local communities and is dedicated to providing our customers and employees quality food and service at the best prices! In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Your role in the store is to assist customers by bagging their groceries and offering carry out/parcel pick-up service.
Daily Operations
o Maintaining exceptional customer service for all clientele
o Adhering to “Meet and Greet” policies
o Properly bagging items to meet customer preference and offering carry out service
o Maintaining bags at the register stands
o Bringing in shopping carts from the parking lot
o Maintaining the parking lot by picking up trash and debris
o To take and replace or return items back to the shelf
o Doing price checks as needed
o Emptying trash cans when necessary and completing restroom clean up
o Helping with stock when directed
Company Standards
o Updating logs for bathroom and floor per company policy
o Maintaining adequate training, training new carry outs, or assisting in other departments as needed
o Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag.
Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various work stations. Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparation of food items and/or removing products from boxes.
This is medium work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
