Position Summary

Our team is seeking a Construction Manager to lead multiple fast paced telecommunication projects in the market area. This individual will represent the company performing site surveys, design reviews, and manage pre-through post construction activities as well as being the customer interface on any construction-related meetings or items pertaining to initial permitting contracts across multiple telecommunication programs. Will effectively schedule the work and assign tasks to both internal and external crews based on team member’s skills, competencies, and experience in order to meet or exceed project goals. This individual will lead by example in the engineering, permitting, and construction of the required scopes of work.

• Clearly convey information and provide accurate data for multiple programs as it relates to communication of project status, progress and risks.
• Directing multiple cross-functional teams through all stages of the project builds within deadlines. Coordinate and schedule direct tower crews & multiple SP subcontractors.
• Budget Management: Managed multiple large-scale projects specializing in network roll out of cell sites / DAS distributed antenna systems small cell builds with site Acquisition Design and Construction (ADC) for DAS / LTE / GSM / UMTS / SDH / PDH microwave on mobile and wireless.
