Warehouse Picker/Packer - $100 Signing Bon.
Position Summary: OTW Shipping is a growing fulfillment center in West Jordan, Utah. We are looking for full-time and part-time seasonal workers (approximately Nov 22- Dec 31) with warehouse picking/packing experience to assist with daily operations (with potential to extend after holiday season based on performance). This position would be great for someone who has experience in the 3PL/Fulfillment industry. A one-time signing bonus of $100 will be provided to workers who work at least 120 hours during this time period. Full details will be disclosed by OTW Shipping upon application review.

Shifts:

Full-Time Applicants: 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm

Part-Time Applicants: 7:00am-11:00am, 11:00am-3:00pm, 3:00pm-7:00pm

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders as part of our fulfillment team.
• Perform QA/QC in regards to inventory management and general operations.
• Help with occasional receiving of shipments and lifting items up to 50 lbs.

Requirements

• High School GED or equivalent.
• 1 year - warehouse experience as a picker/packer/receiver.
• A team player, with a proven ability to build and influence others.
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Able to consistently meet strict deadlines and remain organized.
• Able to create a positive and healthy work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience in the 3PL/Fulfillment industry.
