Warehouse Shift Manager (Day or Night) The Warehouse Shift Manager is an integral part of the Operations Department. This Salary Exempt role is responsible for the direct personnel management for an assigned shift. The overall objective of a shift is to meet the operational needs of the organization. These needs must be at the standards that reflect the quality image and safe practices of Adams Beverages. The Warehouse Shift Manager will work directly with the Director of Operations, Branch Manager, VP’s and ownership. Primary Objectives The Warehouse Shift Manager reports to and must work closely with, as well as be in constant communication with All Operation Managers, Branch Manager, VP’s and ownership. Development of the Warehouse Shift Manager Position A Warehouse Shift Manager with proper development can expect opportunities to move into roles such as Operations Manager or Delivery Driver Supervisor. Additional opportunities may exist in movement to the Sales Department. These conditions may vary, and the employee will receive adequate training to recognize and avoid hazards that cannot be described as expected. Noise levels can range from quiet to loud.
