The Chief of Staff is a senior level role that directly supports and acts as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Executive Officer of Compass Community Living. As the Chief of Staff, you will provide critical strategic, logistical and organizational support to the CEO. Your primary focus is to assist in executing business and operational strategies throughout the business units through effective communications with other executives and team members, diligent program management, and the research and tracking of key initiatives. This role has a high level of visibility with the executive leadership team, and will have access to highly confidential business and operational strategy. This is a highly strategic and facilitative role that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active behind the scenes role at Compass Community Living. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and should be detail-oriented, proactive, creative and passionate about exceeding client expectations every day. You must possess a high degree of professional maturity and discretion. They will be able to juggle competing priorities and help the CEO perform at his best by providing a sounding board, an empathetic ear, and push back as needed.
