Glen Ellyn Animal Hospital is looking for a bubbly, energetic person to join our experienced team. As a client service representative, you are a vital part of our team. We are a 7 doctor practice offering services such as: wellness visits, sick visits, surgery, boarding, and grooming. Responsibilities include; scheduling, directing clients, responding to email/faxes and phone messages, and customer service/education in a face paced environment.

COVID 19 Safety Protocols: We are constantly monitoring the current situation to keep our staff safe. We provide the proper PPE & follow CDC guidelines for cleaning. Our staff's safety is important to us. We require all team members and clients, entering our building, to wear a mask at all times.

Eligibility for health benefits begins at 30 hours per week

Salary: $13-16 hr/based on experience

Pay Frequency: Bi Weekly

Schedule: We are open 7 days a week. We have am & pm shifts. We do our best to honor shift preferences to promote a healthy work/life balance!

Educational Requirements & Skills Needed

Experience:

• Customer Service (minimum 1 year)
• Veterinary experience (preferred)
• Cornerstone experience (preferred)

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old
