What you bring: Why you’ll want to work at Tombras: This position will be based in Knoxville. If you haven’t heard, Knoxville is one of the coolest cities (just ask HuffPost, Buzzfeed and Forbes). Seriously — if you’re lucky, we might help you relocate here. Tombras is proud to be an equal opportunity employer dedicated to pursuing and hiring a diverse workforce. We are united by our philosophy: Connecting Data & Creativity for Business Results®. You’ll also be a part of a highly creative agency that has been recognized by Advertising Age, Adweek, Communication Arts, Fast Company, Forbes and Fortune. Tombras was recently named one of Ad Age’s A-List Agencies to Watch.
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative “free floating” digital design team and collaborate with Strategists, Creative Directors, Technical Directors and Developers, as well as Data Analysts, Copywriters and Digital Project Managers to ensure that the site structure and user interaction communicates and fulfills the goals of the creative brief (messaging and design) and digital brief (usability, interface functionality and technical specifications). You will also be a key member of the New Business Development team working on pitch decks for projects involving UX/UI.
