REQUIREMENTS: - Proven organizational, time management, and detail-oriented. - Problem-solving skills, interpersonal skills, energetic and enthusiastic. Must be proactive. - Experiences in customer service and sales experience with High School Diploma, GED, or Bachelor's Degree in Business. - Tours, Travel, cruise, and Group sale-related experience is preferred. - At least two years of experience in booking hotels, flights, and cruises. - Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. - Proven ability to achieve/exceed sales goals. - Be able to multitask in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Must have at least two years of general clerical work, administration skills, data entry, and filling experience in an office environment. - Fast and accurate data entry skills. -Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets in Excel for various reporting, preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. - Ability to work under stress, work flexible schedules, and be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. - Must be able to manage high call volume with no more than three rings in multiple-phone lines system in a professional, friendly, and fast timely manner. - Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. - Dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality. RESPONSIBILITY: You will perform duties that include but are not limited to answering incoming customer calls to provide customers with company service available, sales, booking reservations, check-in customers, handling customer relations, and solving customer complaints.
