This individual works autonomously, tasked with leading more extensive, more complex, or cross-departmental technical projects. Mentor/train project team and stakeholders on project management methodologies and best practices. They will be accountable for leading company-wide process implementation, change, and communication. They are the subject matter authority in their field and the go-to contact for questions, issues, etc.related to any project they oversee.What You’ll doThe Technical Project Manager coordinates any and all cross-departmental and/or cross-entity projects requiring resources from the technology department. They are responsible for ensuring that company projects are completed effectively and efficiently. Provide project estimation and planning, including being responsible for scheduling and resourcing requirements. Perform overall project risk and issue management, and handle detailed tracking and mitigation planning. Also responsible for contributing to process improvement through team learnings, etc. Measure project performance using appropriate systems and tools.
