Your role will be to partner with the Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition and the broader TA team to help position UKG as a top tech employer, with the aim of attracting & engaging the best talent. You’ll also need to have an exceptional understanding of our competitive landscape, our customers, and how to market our roles and our brand in away that excites and attracts our target candidate pool. You’ll need to be strategic, thoughtful, but equally hands-on and agile in a dynamic environment.
