LOCATION: Philadelphia, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: 60% on-site, 40% remote. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are office days
START DATE: August/September 2022
SHIFT: 1st shift, M-F
VACCINATION REQUIREMENT: If you aren't vaccinated for COVID, must wear a mask in the office.

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to join our rapidly growing team. The role will consist of around 75-80% project-based work and 20-25% L3/4 escalation support. You will have the ability to work across all of the IT Systems infrastructure and will not be siloed into 1 or 2 areas of specialization. Must be proficient with AD, SCCM, SQL, and PowerShell. The environment you'll be working in is very professional but the team you'll be on is fairly loose.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work on a mix of projects and escalation tickets as it relates to IT Systems infrastructure
• Create GPOs and have the ability to push them out. Strong experience within Active Directory is a must have.
• When it comes to imaging, you will need to deploy packages using SCCM. If you can also create images, that's a plus but it's not required.
• Administer and troubleshoot higher level issues with Windows and Office 365
• Write basic scripts in PowerShell and SQL
• Work as part of a team to get things done

QUALIFICATIONS

• 4-year degree is highly preferred
• Intermediate level knowledge of AD, Windows, O365, Virtualization, SCCM is required.
• Should have a basic understanding of PowerShell scripts and SQL queries
• If you have experience working with BigHand products and/or Filesite iManage, that's a plus but not required.
• Must be a strong communicator and a team player.
