Job Summary

We are seeking a System Dietitian to support a group of senior living communities located in the CA, NV, and AZ marketplace. Must live near a major airport.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and work toward improving systems and processes across the designated regional territory
  • Provides medical nutrition therapy to include screening, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, evaluation and the resident plan of care
  • Advises the dining department on resident care and meal service matters as well as conducts meal rounds per company protocols
  • Complies with all regulatory agency standards, including federal, state, and accrediting agencies while adhering to community confidentiality, HIPAA regulations, and resident rights policies
  • Ensures proper implementation of clinical programs within the system
  • 75-100 % travel to communities for support


Qualifications:

  • Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
  • 3 years' experience as a Registered Dietitian, preferably in the healthcare setting
  • Possess the necessary skills to effectively utilize Microsoft office applications and electronic medical record systems
