Here, you will make an impact by: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: (This list is not intended to detail all aspects of the assigned work but is representative of the job’s overall responsibilities) To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vigor requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: JOB SCOPE: This position works within established parameters and requires regular use of sound judgment to make recommendations on business process improvements within job authorities. Impact of recommendations and work is broad and could potentially reach across all business units and support departments. The incumbent is responsible for planning, recommending, configuring, supporting, and defining reports for IFS ERP software. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: None INTERPERSONAL CONTACTS: incumbent communicates regularly through both verbal and written form in understandable terms with all levels of the company, including senior executives. The incumbent may coach more junior team members. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES: EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: CERTIFICATES, LICENSES AND REGISTRATIONS: None required PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work is conducted in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting. The individual may be required to be in production areas in yard and onboard ships. He/she must be able to walk to and from job sites. He/she may be required to work more than 8-hour shifts and weekend work. WORK ENVIRONMENT: While in production areas, will be exposed to all weather conditions, noise, dusts and odors.
