Small Developer/Custom Homebuilder that is previously established in the Atlanta market and looking to expand, seeks a superintendent to run multiple projects for upcoming residential subdivisions in the Chattanooga and Signal Mountain markets. Candidate must have a minimum of seven (7) years experience in custom home-building and solid verifiable references must be provided. Total compensation for the position will be $100k per year, plus a significant bonus.
