Portland Community College and the Office of the Registrar are seeking two Student Records Coordinators to join our team. The positions have a variety of responsibilities in researching, analyzing and resolving complex student and technical issues related to admission, registration, records and graduation requirements. Incumbents will provide maintenance and critical analysis for systems processes and regulatory compliance including accuracy and integrity of student records (both paper and electronic formats). Minimum Qualifications To be considered, your application must demonstrate these minimum qualifications. (Experience is calculated based on the start and end dates you provide multiplied by the number of hours per week worked). Bachelor’s degree in Administration, CIS, Communications, Education, Student Services, or related field (experience performing related duties may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis). Three years of responsible experience in a student services area applying policies, procedures, federal and state regulations as they relate to student records, and experience coordinating staff on work projects and activities. The Office of the Registrar is the official custodian of all PCC student records, which includes transfer credit evaluation and the awarding of all degrees and certificates for the college.
