ARS/Rescue Rooter is a nationwide residential air conditioning company. We have been servicing the Vero Beach area for over 25 years. Our business is growing and we are hiring SALES SUPPORT ASSOCIATES.

The individual hired for this position will work as a representative of ARS inside one of our partnered Retail Home Improvement stores. We are looking for friendly and outgoing individuals who are comfortable approaching and talking to customers in order to generate appointments for our outside sales teams. In this role, you will be paid a base hourly rate AND have the ability to earn commission per qualified lead, uncapped.

• 
  Pay: $15.00/hour base pay PLUS commission on the quality leads you generate, paid weekly!
• Our Top reps easily earn on average $25/hr after commission. There is no limit to how much you can earn.
• Schedule: Thursday through Sunday. Flexible weekend hours are required.
• Full-Time & Part-Time positions available.

Requirements:

• 1+ years Sales Experience
• A sales-driven, goal-oriented, self-motivated personality and a positive attitude.
• Enthusiasm and high level of comfort approaching customers within an in-store setting.
• Willingness/ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Desire to get your steps in for the day! This position requires standing and/or walking for long durations.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen within 24 hours of offer
