Duties/Responsibilities:
- Review, reconcile and investigate daily sales, cash deposits and credit card receipts
- Complete balance sheet reconciliations
- Make period-end journal entries as necessary (e.g., accruals, adjustments, reclassifications, etc.)
- Process vendor invoices and pay vendors via check and ACH
- Assist in sales and tax reporting
- Assist with creating budgets, forecasts and ad-hoc analysis
- Other ad-hoc projects, as assigned
Qualifications:
- Accounting or Finance degree from an accredited university is preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience (strong intercompany skills desired)
- Highly Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Ability to work on a team as well as be self-directed with independent decision-making capabilities
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills to handle simple and/or complex situations
- Must be resourceful, results driven and able to multi-task and prioritize work with a sense of urgency
