The Fuse marketing team works across Amazon to bring our consumer service offerings, including Prime, Prime Video, Amazon Music Unlimited, Twitch Prime, Kindle, Alexa, and more, to mobile operators and OEMs globally. We are seeking a talented, motivated Product Manager to support Lifecycle Marketing, to manage and execute programs/new features that nurture and drive customer retention of Prime members acquired from off Amazon channels. The role will require you to flex your analytical skills and your product management muscles while building a product roadmap, and working with key stakeholders to execute this roadmap. The role will also give you a unique opportunity to define the adoption of the service offerings and innovate in the space of Customer Lifecycle Management. The role will require working with local and international teams, managing expectations and dependencies with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with product, tech and marketing managers to define, build, drive and measure product innovations that drive adoption of our service offerings
  • Develop product strategy, vision and roadmaps and create buy-in with key stakeholders
  • Partner effectively across a globally-distributed user base that is rapidly expanding
  • Communicate project status, risk mitigation plans, and post-launch metrics to leadership
  • Work with marketing and cross-functions to tweak new solutions to serve business needs. Work with Tech team or external agencies to deliver these initiatives that enhance the customer experience and improve business metrics.
  • Provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) to local/international business stakeholders and ensure project process is completed on time
  • Effective end-to-end product development, as evidenced by a solid understanding of business requirements & KPIs, timeliness, quality, and delivery of the right solution for the customer.
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams, in particular remotely
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and creating processes in complex environments to drive progress
  • MBA or Masters degree
  • Customer Lifecycle marketing experience (preferred) or partner marketing management experience (please be ready to discuss how your partner marketing experience could translate into B2C results)
