Social Worker MSW

Job Summary:
Provides psychosocial assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and information/referral services on a consultation basis. Works collaboratively with the management team to ensure the efficient utilization of resources for positive patient outcomes.
Education - Required:- Master's Degree in Social Work
Experience - Required:- 1 year experience working as a social worker or applicable mental health experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Required:- Ability to work effectively with people from a broad range of backgrounds.
- Ability to adhere to the National Association of Social Workers Code of Ethics.
- Knowledge of patient rights and laws relative to those rights, such as HIPAA.
- Knowledge of psychological principles and theories.
- Must possess a high degree of emotional intelligence, and empathy towards others.
- Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.

Schedule: Full Time 40 hours, Day Shift, M-F; 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
