We are hiring Sales Associates to work at one of our three Tallulah store locations in Tallahassee. Tallulah CBD + Juicebar is Florida's largest CBD store for people and pets.

Tallulah Delta 8 + Floating is opening right outside Railroad Square in College Town on October 8th. Tallulah is a wellness store with floating pods, cold-pressed juices, CBD, hemp products, kratom and more. We are hiring energetic, positive and reliable individuals.

Must be available to work at least 25-30hrs per week, have a passion for health and wellness, and be a strong seller. Sales associates also post to our social media channels. Instagram @cbdtallahassee

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information to customers in our store and over the phone. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Take orders over the phone
  • Greet customers
  • Clean the store
  • Restock products and merchandise the store
  • Become an expert on hemp-based products
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Previous sales experience
  • Detail oriented and able to merchandise products
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Reliable and hardworking
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school degree
  • Passion for health and wellness
