E.L. Harvey & Sons, Inc. seeks a full-time Skid-steer / Forklift Operator. The Operator is responsible for safely unloading, loading and putting material in proper locations indoors and around the facility. The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast paced environment. The operator is responsible to perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the equipment. Safely and efficiently operate equipment using proper safety standards. Continuously monitor the condition of the equipment to ensure it is operationally ready at all times to minimize down time.

Qualified applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Current DOT qualifications
• Must pass a drug screen as a condition of employment

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• A valid Massachusetts 1C Hoisting License preferred but not required
• Good time management skills to ensure assigned responsibilities are completed in an efficient and safe manner.
• Ability to adhere to Company policies and rules set forth; promotes the Company’s safety standards; does not take inappropriate risks.
• Maintains a feeling of pride in work; strives to achieve all goals.
