Job Summary:
Ensures immediate and efficient delivery of residential/community services to persons with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Carries out job assignments and reports to Regional Coordinator on a regular basis. Supervises and teaches DSP staff to understand the needs of people with developmental disabilities to ensure quality services to consumers. The Group Home/Site Manager should embrace the JFSA philosophy and mission: to foster a sense of belonging, nurture informed choices, support self-determination, and create an environment of empowerment for the consumers we serve.
Supervision Exercised: Direct Support Professional Staff

Minimum Qualifications:

· High Scholl diploma or GED required, Associate and Bachelor degree preferred.

· Experience working with people with developmental disabilities

· Supervisory experience

· Background check and drug testing after receiving job offer

· Valid OH driver’s license.

· Ability to be on call and work varied hours

• 8 hour shift
